Our story
The light bulb moment for Equine Business Leaders came after observing different equestrian businesses in various niches that looked fairly successful on the outside struggle with the fundamentals of marketing and business organisation. Examples such as riding lessons always running late, a tack shop with stock spilling into the aisles, and therapists and farriers struggling to manage their diaries. Or the website selling horse health products with a sporadic blogging schedule, and the specialist saddle brand that is less well known on social media than the synthetic general saddle.
We specialise in working with equestrian businesses as this is our business too. Our first passion is horses, and over the last decades we have worked in various areas of the industry, including riding schools, competition yards, studs, sales, retail and marketing, and education.
Through our combination of unique specialised processes, knowledge and experience we help equestrian businesses of all shapes and sizes, whatever the current status of their business, to become well-known in their niche, and be the company that everyone thinks of first. We want to help them be able to be selective who they work with without compromising their services or prices, be able to work smart, not hard, and achieve new levels of success.
